I am writing to express my gratitude to both XX (Developer) and Glory Grace (GG) in speedily resolving the mechanized car park breakdown which happened recently. I have been a resident at this property since mid-2017. the car park broke down many times per month.

In 2019, as per our request, you conducted an overhaul and optimisation of the parking system, addressing various shortcomings of the original system. Since then, the system has been running smoothly, and it has been four years with hardly any reports of malfunctions.

Since you became our service provider, the situation has significantly improved. We were pleasantly surprised that, despite not being the original system installer, you were able to reduce the failure rate to almost one-fifth of what it used to be within a month. Importantly, there were no prolonged closures affecting user parking.
